The Education Department at New York Tech, Old Westbury campus, has an opening for a part-time (Adjunct) instructor for fully online courses in Fall 2025 semester. The Education Department at New York Tech provides graduate degree and certificate programs in teaching. We expect that the new hire be qualified to teach graduate teacher education courses, with a specialization in Bilingual Education and English language arts.
These candidates must have a minimum of a Master’s degree in Education.
Experience teaching bilingual education or language arts at the P-12 level, and prior exposure to teaching at the college level.
Instructors teaching Education Department courses must use Canvas as the Learning Management System (LMS).
