Skills
- Hands-on experience building or integrating AI/LLM systems (chatbots, RAG pipelines, agents).

- Experience with prompt engineering, model evaluation, and orchestration patterns.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement internal AI platforms, reusable components for prompt orchestration, model evaluation, and workflow automation.
- Build, prototype, and optimize LLM-powered agents and generative AI solutions that integrate into product and internal workflows.
- Partner with engineers, data scientists, and product stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases and deploy production-ready AI systems.
- Create playbooks, workshops, and documentation to enable teams to adopt safe, scalable AI practices.
- Define and enforce patterns for prompt engineering, data quality, human-in-the-loop feedback, and responsible experimentation.
- Monitor, measure, and iterate on deployed AI solutions to ensure performance and business impact.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant coursework or hands-on projects in machine learning, NLP, or software engineering preferred.
