Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain backend services across StubHub’s platforms
- Provide technical leadership and hands-on execution for major initiatives, focusing on delivery, stability, and reliability
- Translate product requirements into technical roadmaps and actionable engineering plans in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
- Define and uphold engineering best practices to ensure maintainability and quality across the codebase
- Own projects end-to-end from design through deployment and ongoing maintenance
- Mentor and support junior engineers to elevate team capabilities and foster an inclusive culture
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) preferred but not required
