Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to ensure cohesive engagement efforts
- Plan and execute patient engagement activities (call parties, Strive days, cooking demos, educational courses)
- Oversee provider engagement tactics and collaborate with Provider Leaders and Provider Integration teams
- Conduct strategic analysis to identify risks and opportunities and recommend improvements
- Lead launch coordination for new engagement initiatives
- Manage and allocate internal resources to optimize initiative delivery
- Create clear, compelling presentation decks and materials for stakeholders
- Travel regionally as needed for in-person clinic, office, and patient engagement
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (required)
- Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
