Responsibilities: Collaborate with product management and technical teams to establish performance metrics, conduct tests, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to improve application performance and development processes.
Skills: Proficiency in performance engineering, software development, CI/CD practices, and tools such as JMeter and Neoload; experience in automation and cloud infrastructure analysis.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and five years of experience in software engineering or QA roles, with one year in performance engineering preferred.
Location: Remote position based in the USA.
Compensation: $66379 - $131500 / Annually

The Performance Engineer works within our application development space, designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests for Stride applications to enable our engineering teams to deliver high-quality products to market rapidly. The Performance Engineer is committed to best practices and providing meaningful and actionable insights for tuning applications with a solid understanding of the Cloud architecture for all Stride products.
