Responsibilities: Oversee content development, manage launch of new programs, lead curriculum developers, maintain quality control, and analyze program performance data for improvements.
Skills: 5+ years in program management or curriculum development, experience in healthcare/nursing, instructional design, and strong analytical and communication skills.
Qualifications: Experience in education technology and online pedagogy, with a focus on adult learners is preferred; startup environment adaptability is crucial.
Location: This job is based in New York.
Compensation: $80000 - $120000 / Annually

The target base salary range for this opportunity is $80,000 - $120,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, internal pay equity and other relevant business considerations.
Please note we do not have a bonus structure at this time so all cash compensation will come in the form of base salary. The total compensation package will also include our benefits package and an equity (ISOs) package.
