We are seeking a GM to join Spotify’s Personalization Mission. Our goal is to build and surface the best listening experiences that connect fans and creators in a personal and relevant way. We are looking for someone that already has the level of experience managing a team of engineering managers and product scope of a similar magnitude.
This role will be the GM for our Surfaces Studio and is accountable for end-to-end vision, execution, and business impact across Home and PZN Strategic Programming—balancing user value, creator outcomes, and company goals at scale. In particular, our Homepage is the flagship of the Spotify app, surfacing the best of what Spotify has to offer, including music and podcasts for every situation, personalized playlists, new releases, old favorites, and undiscovered gems.
The United States base range for this position is $336,214 - $480,305 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
