Responsibilities
- Lead key engineering and product decisions for the iOS app and collaborate with product and design teams.
- Actively ship production-quality code and features for Speechify's iOS application.
- Maintain, refactor, and enhance a complex app architecture to support growth and performance.
- Participate in product discussions to help shape roadmap and prioritize work.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Fastlane workflows, and release processes.
- Ensure app quality through testing, performance tuning, and multithreading correctness.
- Mentor and collaborate with other engineers in a distributed, remote-first environment.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree optional; equivalent industry experience accepted
