- Experience with component reliability and procurement flow-down
Responsibilities
- Provide radiation test and analysis results, requirements flow-down advice, and mitigation recommendations to cross-functional design and systems teams
- Develop and maintain component radiation databases and applications for test-data access and analysis
- Coordinate with supply chain, component reliability, and manufacturing to capture and disseminate radiation test data
- Review product changes (PCNs) to maintain radiation qualification status
- Define testing and reporting standards for component and flight PCBA radiation tests
- Collaborate with circuit design, electronics manufacturing, and software teams to improve test coverage and design robustness
- Recommend design and process improvements and establish procurement requirements for components
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety and regulatory requirements during test campaigns
Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or physics (required)
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (preferred)
