Skills
- Experience in full-stack web application development
- Strong object-oriented programming and system design skills
- Experience with testing, CI/CD, build and deployment pipelines
- Ability to scale and optimize web applications for performance
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles to build intuitive interfaces
- Experience integrating with ERP, manufacturing, production, or quality systems
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy and support full lifecycle software used across SpaceX
- Own and act as responsible engineer for assigned software products and features
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineers to discover user needs and drive solutions
- Improve application reliability, scalability, performance, and observability
- Integrate with ERP and manufacturing systems; identify and remediate faults
- Track application usage and iterate on features to improve adoption and UX
- Provide technical leadership and mentor teammates while driving continuous improvement
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or scientific discipline OR
- 2+ years professional software development experience in lieu of degree
