Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing and publicity campaigns, handle media outreach, manage social media presence, grow email marketing strategy, and coordinate events and trade shows.
Skills: Candidates should possess excellent promotional writing and communication skills, basic HTML and graphic design skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, as well as social media platforms.
Qualifications: A BA in Communication, Marketing, or related fields and 3-5 years of experience in publishing or marketing are required, alongside strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.
Location: This position can be hybrid in Naperville or NYC, or fully remote in select states. Occasional travel is required for events and trade shows.
Compensation: $65000 - $75000 / Annually

This position can be hybrid in Naperville or NYC, or fully remote in the following states ONLY: Arizona, Connecticut, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin. Occasional travel to trade shows, training opportunities, and author events is required.
This is an exempt, salaried position with a range of $65.000 - $75,000. We determine starting pay based on a thorough evaluation of job-related factors, including geographic location, market conditions, relevant experience, training, and education. This process ensures a fair and competitive salary that aligns with both the company and the candidate’s qualifications.
