We're looking for a Marketing Wizard to own and grow our marketing efforts. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll help design our marketing strategy, execute campaigns, analyze performance, and support the sales team with the tools they need to succeed.
You'll work closely with product, sales, and design to drive growth and build our brand in an industry that's ready for disruption.

Own our marketing strategy. You'll develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company goals. Work directly with leadership to define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market approach.
Build our growth engine. Identify, test, and scale the most effective marketing channels. Digital campaigns, content marketing, partnerships, events – whatever drives qualified leads and revenue.
Create everything. Landing pages, case studies, blog posts, newsletters, sales collateral, presentations. You'll own content creation from strategy to execution.
Work with design. Partner with our Marketing Designer on campaigns and brand assets. Use design tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to make updates and create materials yourself when needed.
Support sales. Align marketing with pipeline targets. Create the tools, content, and leads that help sales close deals and support our agent network.
Measure everything. Track campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI. Use data to optimize our funnel and improve conversion rates across all touchpoints.
Ship marketing that works. 3-5+ years building and executing marketing campaigns that drive real business results, preferably in startups or fast-moving environments.
Know digital marketing. Strong grasp of SEO, SEM, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media. You've run campaigns across multiple channels and know what works.
Write and design. Excellent writing and storytelling skills with an eye for design. You can create compelling content and basic visual materials.
Use data. Experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar tools. You make decisions based on performance data, not just intuition.
Work autonomously. Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You can prioritize, adapt quickly, and get things done without constant direction.
