Your Opportunity as the Senior Manager of Integrated Media
Take your integrated media planning skills to the next level by leading full funnel strategy, supporting our iconic Hostess brands.
Location: Orrville, Corporate Offices
Work Arrangements: Hybrid - onsite a minimum of 9 days a month during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requires
In this role you will:
Lead media strategy, planning, and measurement
Lead media planning and buying activities for specified brands. Inclusive of full funnel strategy - planning, execution, measurement, and budget management.
Deliver cross channel, strategic integrated media plans inclusive of all potential media channels.
Develop consumer-centric media plans that deliver on brand objectives, are inclusive of prior media performance and are measurable and optimizable.
Collaborates with Customer Marketing & Brand Experience teams to ensure the media, creative, and customer strategies are cohesive and aligned.
Lead annual video upfront buys.
Partner with Integrated Media Collective team and agency partners for preferred vendor strategy.
Monitor competitive media spend and identify relevant action plans to maintain our leading brands.
Partnering with the agency and appropriate internal teams, manage the full evaluation and interpretation of media performance and apply learnings to maximize results.
Champion media innovation and provide thought leadership through new ways of reaching/engaging consumers, targeting, data and measurement.
Stay abreast of changes in the media landscape and champion necessary changes to ensure category leading media plans are delivered.
Provide visibility and insights on media on a regular and ad-hoc basis based on business need.
Ensure all programming has clear KPIs and targeting strategy.
Collaborate with agency and partners
Partner across the internal & agency teams to ensure effective execution of tactics.
Develop and nurture collaborative relationships that are rooted in trust and communication.
Direct the agency for flawless activation
Interacts with key media partners and supports execution of contracts
Supports collaborative and productive ways of working with partners (internal and external)
Partner closely with cross functional teams to implement best practices and standards.
Budget management that enables spending to zero, system requirements, reporting expectations and meets the needs of Budget Managers
Supports planning processes across customer and marketing key activities

What we are looking for:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
At least 10 years of experience in media planning and strategy, including:
Planning online video, social, & display across National and Retail Media network partners
Utilizing results from marketing mix and media attributed brand and/or sales lift studies to optimize plans
Demonstrated experience translating brand vision & objectives into media support plans
Track record that demonstrates a drive for results and an ability to build relationships while positively influencing cross-functional partners
