Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls to members, physicians, and pharmacies while delivering a world-class member experience
- Follow up, resolve, and document member issues; route complex inquiries to appropriate teams
- Educate members about their pharmacy benefits and coverage options
- Strive for one-call resolution by becoming an expert in PBM processes
- Handle protected health information in compliance with HIPAA and company policies
- Perform routine research and data entry to support member resolutions
Education
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
