About Anuvi
Anuvi (anuvi.io) is a pre-seed startup with real traction, providing a fully automated COBRA compliance solution to employers all over the U.S.. We’re a lean 6-person team (ex-Guild, Meta, HomeAdvisor, Craftsy) punching well above our weight, and we’re looking for a Software Engineer to help us scale as our customer base grows.
About the Role:
As a Software Engineer, you’ll be highly autonomous, owning many aspects of product and platform development. You’ll interact directly with operations and end users to scope features, collaborate on roadmap prioritization, and execute end-to-end on impactful projects. You’ll be instrumental in helping us scale, maintaining a high-quality bar while finding creative ways to efficiently administer a highly complex compliance product.
Who are you?
- A full stack engineer: Own everything from the serverless backend on AWS Lambda + Postgres to our Vue frontend apps
- Have a builder’s mindset: ownership, autonomy, and the ability to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with ops and end users to scope, prioritize, and deliver impactful features.
- Will shape the roadmap: Contribute to prioritization and long-term product strategy as we scale.
- Will champion quality and pragmatism: Balance maintaining compliance with innovating to deliver value quickly and effectively.
- +8 years of full-stack engineering experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Python and Javascript
- Strong product sense and the ability to collaborate directly with non-technical stakeholders.
