Digital Business Systems Analyst. Sterling Jewelers Inc. Akron, OH.** Document, develop, and test IT system requirements. Liaise between business and delivery units and coordinate end to end testing on bug fixes and IT system enhancements. Partnering with the IT Product Owner and tech teams to determine system implications of the business requirements. Authoring technical stories and sub-tasks in JIRA. **Role can be remote from anywhere in the US.Need MS degree (or foreign equiv.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other IT discipline (or foreign equiv.). Need 18 mos. experience as Business Systems Analyst, Software Analyst or related role supporting IT delivery. Need 18 mos. experience gathering and analyzing business processes and requirements and then recommending solutions with IT technology and translating business requirements into software requirements. Need 18 mos. exp. using JIRA and Confluence.
