Senior Analytics Engineer - Customer Success
Skills
- Proficient in SQL and dbt with at least one programming language such as Python or R.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses, preferably Snowflake or Databricks.
- Strong data visualization skills; Sigma experience preferred.
- Knowledge of git for version control.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain self-service dashboards and workflows in Sigma for Customer Success Managers and leaders.
- Collaborate with Customer Success teams to translate operational needs into data requirements and scalable solutions.
- Identify opportunities to expand the customer base using insights from product usage data.
- Ensure data quality and consistency via well-documented, modular dbt models with thorough testing.
- Promote data literacy and a metrics-driven culture within the Customer Success organization.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in data analytics, data science, or related fields.
