Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Data Analytics Manager, the Data Reporting Coordinator supports the daily operations of Lakeland Care, Inc. (LCI)’s data and reporting functions by coordinating assignments, scheduling and supporting meetings, managing reporting tasks, and maintaining documentation. This role is highly administrative in nature and is essential in ensuring smooth workflows, accurate recordkeeping, and timely completion of reporting-related activities.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
The following duties are typical for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required or assigned.

• Coordinate and assign reporting tasks to appropriate team members based on established workflows.
• Schedule and prepare materials for reporting-related meetings; document and distribute meeting notes or action items.
• Run and distribute recurring standard reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Download files from external sources.
• Audit files and reports for accuracy and completeness; escalate any discrepancies.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of reporting processes, schedules, and data collection procedures.
• Monitor task progress and follow up with appropriate individuals to ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist in maintaining department files, templates, and standard operating procedures.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support report coordination and data-related needs.
• Provide general support to the Data Analytics team, including file organization and communication tracking.
• Ensure adherence to federal and state laws, administrative rules, and internal policies.
• Handle confidential data in accordance with HIPAA and organizational privacy standards.

Requirements

• Associates degree required, Bachelors degree preferred in statistics, information systems, finance or business related field, or equivalent combination of formal education and experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience or training related to data reporting and analysis is preferred.
• Moderate level of Microsoft Excel skills required, and knowledge or experience with other reporting or data systems preferred.
• Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills required.
• Attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy in performance of responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision, along with the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced team environment required.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to effectively solve problems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated aptitude to quickly gain an understanding in new issue areas and associated data.
• Experience in a managed care, health care, human services, insurance, and/or non-profit agency setting preferred.
• Current WI driver’s license, acceptable driving record and proof of adequate insurance required.
