Customer Service Representative, Member Care

Sidecar Health is reshaping health insurance to make care more affordable and transparent. The Member Care team supports members through their healthcare journeys; the company seeks warm, empathetic, and adaptable representatives to handle inbound calls and chats, resolve issues, and ensure excellent member experiences. Candidates must reside in Texas.

  • Document interactions and follow standard policies and procedures
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately and coordinate follow-up

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
