Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end returns initiatives: scoping, launch, execution, measurement, and reporting.
- Partner with C-suite and senior leaders to align Returns strategy with business and supply chain priorities.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and work closely with product and development teams to deliver solutions.
- Identify operational gaps and drive scalable process improvements across reverse logistics and returns flows.
- Build ROI and cost-benefit analyses to support project investment decisions.
- Implement analytics and tools to monitor performance, exceptions, and KPIs for Returns.
- Mentor and lead cross-functional project teams including operations, logistics, procurement, and analytics.
- Support business development efforts with proposal input, opportunity analysis, and thought leadership.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Process Management, or related field (required)
- Advanced degree (MBA or MS) preferred but not required
