Acelero, Inc. is seeking a Project & Strategic Initiatives Manager to lead and coordinate strategic initiatives aimed at improving early childhood education outcomes. Skills: Candidates should possess strong project management skills, experience in educational administration or project management, and the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
Qualifications: A Master’s Degree in education, business administration, public administration, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of three years of relevant experience, preferably in early childhood education administration.
Location: The job is located in Philadelphia, PA with local travel required up to 10% of the time for work-related functions.
Compensation: $80000 - $85000 / Annually

Your Role:
As the Project & Strategic Initiatives Manager, you are critical to ensuring the successful implementation, coordination, and strategic alignment of initiatives within the SPARK Quality Support Center. The Manager is the connective tissue between strategy and execution for the SPARK Quality Support Center.
This role ensures projects are aligned, integrated, and implemented with excellence, strengthening day- to-day operations and cross-team cohesion.
