Sharpe Engineering & Equipment is seeking an experienced Director of Engineering to lead our multidisciplinary engineering team, including mechanical, electrical & controls, process, and project management, in delivering exceptional results for the food & beverage industry. This hands-on strategic leader will guide project execution, mentor department managers, and drive continuous improvement across all engineering functions. You’ll collaborate directly with our President and leadership team shaping Sharpe’s engineering strategy, ensuring technical excellence, operational efficiency, and a people-centric culture.
