The Installation Lead position is dual- hatted. Installation lead role is considered secondary to the Lead SCC position. Installation Lead is overall responsible for operations at the assigned installation. The Installation Lead will serve as the primary point of contact and provide overall leadership and guidance for all personnel, including assigning tasks to personnel, supervising on-going technical efforts, managing overall performance at the assigned location. Responsible for the quality and effeciancy of the contract site, to include service delivery, technical matters, and business processes. The Installation Lead reports directly to the Regional Manager/Alternate Program Manager/Program Manager.

In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $63,278.16 to $94,917.82; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
