The ideal candidate will advance their high power fiber laser portfolio, requiring the ability to identify and solve technical problems, both independently and as part of a team, in developing new products and new manufacturing processes. Significant aspects of the position include conducting experiments, analyzing data, improving and designing equipment and advanced prototypes, and interfacing with manufacturing.
