Role Overview
The Junior Media Buyer will support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social and search campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google. Working closely with the Growth Marketing Lead and creative teams, this role is ideal for someone eager to learn, confident in analyzing data, and excited to experiment with ad strategies that drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in launching, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and recommend optimizations.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to request or repurpose ad assets.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and placements.
Stay current on platform best practices, algorithm updates, and performance trends.
Build reports and dashboards to track and communicate campaign results.
Qualifications
Experience
1+ year of experience managing paid media campaigns (including internships or freelance projects).
Experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
Prior work with eCommerce, DTC, or startup brands is a plus.
Skills
Strong understanding of paid media metrics (CPM, CTR, ROAS) and campaign pacing.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decisions and experimentation.
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Triple Whale is a plus.
Awareness of ad creative best practices (hooks, UGC, scroll-stoppers).
