They’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join their team and help them communicate their message of natural beauty through compelling visual design.
Role Overview
As a Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for designing high-quality packaging, marketing campaigns, and event branding, with a strong focus on print design. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create print-ready materials that represent their brand, ensuring consistency and high standards across all visual touchpoints.
Location: Fully Remote
Working Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities
Design & Execute High-Quality Print Materials: Develop and execute print-ready packaging artwork for both DTC (direct-to-consumer) and retail products.
Packaging Design: Create visually compelling, functional, and professional packaging designs. Ensure the designs adhere to the brand’s standards and meet production specifications.
Print Production: Manage and oversee the print production process. Ensure that designs translate well to physical products, maintaining color accuracy and quality across different materials and substrates.
Illustration & Branding: Illustrate and design marketing materials, from campaign graphics to event branding, while staying aligned with the brand’s aesthetic.
Time Management & Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams, ensuring timely execution of designs. Balance multiple design projects with attention to detail and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong emphasis on print layout design, illustrations, marketing campaigns, and event branding.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Proficiency in other design tools is a plus.
Strong Print & Packaging Knowledge: Extensive experience designing and executing high-quality, print-ready packaging for both DTC and retail environments.
Print Production Understanding: In-depth knowledge of print production, including color management, complexities of printing on various substrates and packaging materials.
Industry Experience: Experience in designing for industries requiring intricate packaging, such as beauty, luxury products, or high-end retail.
Meticulous & Detail-Oriented: Ability to work with precision and attention to detail across all design touchpoints.
Communication & Time Management Skills: Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality designs. Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
