Full-Stack Developer

Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to manage projects from development to deployment. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, a proactive mindset, and experience across both front-end and back-end technologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, efficient, and secure software solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development & Deployment

  • Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications using Java and Python.

  • Implement CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth integration and delivery.

  • Build and maintain front-end components using React.

  • Deploy Python applications to Azure and other cloud environments.

  • Maintain SQL databases and ensure data integrity.

• Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work cross-functionally with product, AI, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Participate in architectural planning and decision-making processes.

  • Proactively identify technical improvements and implement best practices.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in full-stack development.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Technical Skills & Tools

  • Strong proficiency in Java, Python, React, and SQL.

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment (Azure preferred).

  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git and development workflows.

  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
