Role Overview
The E-commerce Marketing Manager will oversee digital execution across all e-commerce storefronts. This person will manage Shopify updates, campaign assets, and landing page builds while improving overall site performance and user experience.
The ideal candidate understands how to bridge creative direction and technical implementation, bringing together design, marketing, and development to create seamless, high-converting online experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Shopify Management & Optimization
Manage and optimize Shopify Plus sites, apps, and integrations to improve performance and UX.
Monitor performance data, identify opportunities, and continuously optimize digital experiences.
Creative Production & Campaign Execution
Build, update, and brief landing pages and creative assets using Replo, Figma, Unbounce, or Elementor.
Develop and manage briefs for product launches, promotions, and campaign rollouts.
UX/UI & Conversion Optimization
Implement UX/UI and CRO best practices to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align creative direction and landing pages with paid ad campaigns.
Qualifications
Experience
3–5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing with strong Shopify expertise.
Skills
Proficiency in Shopify Plus, Replo, Figma, and Klaviyo (Unbounce or Elementor a plus).
Understanding of UX/UI principles and A/B testing.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate across creative, marketing, and technical teams.
Hands-on, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable managing both creative and operational tasks.
Organized and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
