Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support their digital marketing efforts across data analysis, website management, email marketing, and CRM operations. They work closely with product teams, creative content teams, and other marketing stakeholders to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns. The Digital Marketing Specialist will support campaign performance measurement, data analysis, website updates, email marketing execution, CRM processes, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive, high-impact marketing initiatives. The role also includes managing technical components such as website maintenance, landing page creation, and marketing automation. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of digital marketing experience, technical proficiency, and strong communication skills.
Pull and analyze marketing campaign data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.
Measure KPIs for digital marketing campaigns and recommend adjustments to optimize performance.
Use analytics tools to track and report on campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and conversions.
Manage and update website content using WordPress or Webflow to align with brand messaging and goals.
Ensure website performance is optimized for speed, functionality, and SEO best practices.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality visual and written content.
Execute email marketing campaigns using HubSpot’s marketing automation tools.
Build and edit landing pages in HubSpot to create engaging, conversion-optimized pages.
Edit and manage HubSpot workflows to support smooth campaign execution and lead nurturing.
Assist with CRM tasks including data entry, segmentation, and campaign management.
Work closely with product, creative, and other marketing stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
Act as a liaison between departments to support communication, alignment, and coordinated marketing execution.
Use WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, and other tools to efficiently manage marketing tasks and operations.
Continuously assess and improve processes to streamline marketing workflows and enhance productivity.
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and technologies to drive innovation and results.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing focused on email marketing, website management, and data analysis.
Technical proficiency with WordPress or Webflow for website management.
Hands-on HubSpot experience, including building landing pages, email campaigns, and workflows.
Strong understanding of analytics tools and ability to interpret and act on insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clear, concise messaging.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
