- Handle inbound calls maintaining professionalism and positive rapport
- Process transactions and maintain customer data using company systems
- Provide product education and basic troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat
- Collaborate with internal teams and build relationships with colleagues
- Follow training, communications and established protocols
- Participate in related projects and perform other duties as assigned
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No college degree required for this entry-level role
