Overview 

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager, Quality. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing quality-focused projects to identify root causes of issues customers are experiencing. This role drives continuous improvement initiatives, coordinates cross-functional teams, and manages timelines, budgets, and deliverables related to quality systems, audits, process enhancements, and compliance. The ideal candidate has a strong background in quality management, project leadership, and stakeholder communication, ensuring that all quality objectives are met efficiently and effectively. This is a hybrid role located in Philadelphia, PA and will require working in the office four days per week. All qualified candidates must reside in the Philadelphia, PA area and be qualified to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship. Please note that we do not work C2C.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end to end project management for quality projects from scoping and planning through execution and delivery
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines and deliverables, track progress and flag risks early
• Coordinate across data engineers, analytics, architecture and business stakeholders to align priorities
• Ensure effective documentation, reporting and communication of project status to various audiences
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop, refine and implement project management practices internally
• Create templates, playbooks and frameworks to support consistent and repeatable project execution

• 3-5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably within quality assurance
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to tailor messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience building and improving processes at the team or org level
• Expertise with Project Management tools such as Jira
• PMP or similar certificate is a plus, but not required

Compensation

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensational decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a 6 - 12 month consulting engagement, with an annual salary range of $100,000 - $130,000.
