About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Applications for this position will be accepted on an ongoing basis.

About the Role:
As a LED Analyst / Senior LED Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of designing transformative learning experiences that enable Salesforce teams and customers to succeed. You’ll go beyond building training - you’ll act as a strategic partner and performance consultant, diagnosing root causes, shaping solutions, and ensuring learning programs drive measurable impact.
Senior Analysts lead projects end-to-end, mentor junior team members, and bring advanced instructional design, data, and technology expertise to solve complex challenges. You’ll champion accessibility, experiment with new tools (including AI), and translate diverse stakeholder perspectives into clear, high-impact solutions.
This is a role for a builder and innovator - someone who can design, influence, and elevate both the craft of learning and the business outcomes it enables.
What You’ll Do
  • Design & Deliver Impactful Learning: Lead the creation of engaging, inclusive, and effective learning programs using advanced instructional design principles and performance consulting approaches.
  • Act as a Performance Consultant: Analyze business problems, uncover root causes, and align learning solutions with measurable outcomes.
  • Champion Accessibility & Inclusion: Ensure all experiences meet accessibility standards and foster equity for diverse learners.
  • Leverage Data & Insights: Interpret complex data sets, learner feedback, and business metrics to refine solutions and demonstrate impact.
  • Integrate Emerging Tools & AI: Explore and apply new technologies, including AI agents, to enhance design, efficiency, and innovation.
  • Lead & Mentor: Guide junior analysts, model best practices, and share expertise in instructional design, collaboration, and problem solving.
  • Facilitate Collaboration: Build trust with stakeholders and SMEs, navigate objections, and integrate multiple perspectives into cohesive solutions.
  • Communicate with Impact: Craft compelling stories, facilitate effective meetings, and clearly present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
  • Manage Complex Projects: Drive large-scale initiatives forward with strong project management discipline, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.
What You Bring
  • A passion for instructional design as a strategic discipline, not just content creation.
  • Curiosity and courage to experiment with new methods, tools, and AI, while grounding decisions in data and learner impact.
  • A proven ability to translate complex problems and diverse stakeholder needs into clear, actionable solutions.
  • An inclusive mindset, ensuring accessibility and equity are designed into every experience.
  • A knack for storytelling and communication, able to influence decisions and inspire action across teams and leadership.
  • Confidence and presence in leading projects, mentoring peers, and facilitating high-stakes conversations.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a growth mindset when navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, or challenges.
Requirements
  • 5+ years for Senior Analyst, 3+ years for Analyst of instructional design or learning experience design in a corporate or enterprise environment.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end learning design projects, from needs analysis through delivery and evaluation.
  • Advanced knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Agile) and performance consulting approaches.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management—synthesizing diverse perspectives, navigating objections, and building consensus.
  • Demonstrated ability to design accessible, inclusive learning experiences aligned with accessibility standards.
  • Proficiency with authoring tools such as Rise, Storyline, or equivalent.
  • Experience with data-driven design—interpreting learner data and feedback to refine solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills: able to facilitate meetings, mentor peers, and deliver polished, compelling presentations.
  • Strong adaptability, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills in complex, fast-changing environments.
  • Masters Degree or Equivalent work experience
Nice to Have
  • Experience applying AI and agent-based tools to design, workflow optimization, or content creation.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce products, services, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong storytelling ability—linking learning initiatives to business impact in ways that influence and inspire.
  • Expertise in developing advanced assessments, simulations, and performance support solutions.
  • Exposure to impact mapping, root cause analysis, or advanced evaluation methods for learning effectiveness.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching junior instructional designers/analysts.
  • Professional certifications in instructional design, learning technologies, or project management (e.g., CPLP/ATD, PMP, CPTD).
Why Join Us?
As a Senior LED Analyst, you’ll have a strategic seat at the table—shaping enablement programs that influence thousands of learners, driving business outcomes, and mentoring the next generation of designers. You’ll have the freedom to experiment with emerging tools, the opportunity to showcase thought leadership in accessibility and AI adoption, and the visibility to make a lasting impact across Salesforce’s learning ecosystem.
