Responsibilities
- Oversee paid social investment across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, Reddit, LinkedIn and other platforms to plan, implement, manage, and optimize campaigns
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Specialists and a Coordinator, providing QA and hands-on platform support
- Collaborate with creative, trafficking, measurement, and billing teams to deliver holistic digital media strategies
- Lead development of paid social programs, create RFPs, and present recommendations to stakeholders
- Analyze campaign performance, identify causes for dips/spikes, and implement optimizations to improve KPI-driven outcomes
- Develop POVs on trends, tools, and emerging paid social opportunities
- Operate with API partner platforms and manage trafficking/verification processes where applicable
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred
- Equivalent professional experience considered in lieu of degree
