As Rogo’s first dedicated Brand Designer, you’ll be responsible defining, evolving, and scaling how our existing brand foundation is expressed across every touchpoint — digital, physical, internal, external.
You’ll collaborate closely with leadership, our design team, marketing, and world-class external partners to create a brand that captures the sophistication & trust of our customers and sets Rogo as the unmistakeable leader in the market.
This is a unique chance to define a brand in a space where almost none exist. You will help set a new visual and creative standard for institutional finance and ensure creative excellence in everything that carries the Rogo name.
Define & evolve the brand system: Help develop and maintain the core visual brand assets for Rogo, and ensure they scale across teams and mediums.
Design key brand surfaces: Website, social, presentations, product marketing, out-of-home campaigns, events, and content. You’ll ensure everything feels cohesive, elevated, and unmistakably Rogo.
Product marketing: Partner with marketing & your product design peers to concept and design assets for product launches, customer stories, and major announcements.
Internal brand, merch & customer love. We believe great brands are built from the inside out. Help create merch & other assets that our team loves, our customers clammer for, and outsiders wish they could have.
Maintain quality & consistency: Build templates, libraries, and standards to enable others to execute at a high level.
Collaborate: Work with leadership, marketing, product, and external partners to align brand with business goals.
Raise the quality bar: Designers are the tastemakers and bar-setters of Rogo. Give and receive feedback generously to make the work continually better.
We don’t require any formal experience, education, or even knowledge of the finance world. What we are looking for is enthusiasm & evidence of caring about visual craft and storytelling through a variety of brand mediums. You should feel a compulsive need to make things, and a rabid curiosity to learn and try new things.
3–5 years of experience in brand or visual/graphic design, ideally at a fast-moving startup or creative agency.
A portfolio that shows strong craft across typography, composition, and storytelling — with a premium visual taste and polish.
Experience across mediums: web, digital, print, motion, and presentation.
Proficiency a variety of tools, including Figma, and comfort picking up new tools (e.g., Jitter, After Effects, Framer, etc.).
Ability to work quickly, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong collaboration skills — you love working closely with creative and technical partners.
A deep sense of ownership and pride in your work.
