Skills
- Extensive product design experience in consumer tech with a focus on growth and experimentation.
- Proven track record shipping 0→1 experiences or launching new features in fast-paced environments.
- Strong prototyping, interaction, and visual design skills (Figma or equivalent).
- Comfort working with data and AI to inform design decisions and experimentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for complex, ambiguous growth projects and new product surfaces (0→1).
- Design high-quality visual and interaction patterns that balance user value and business goals.
- Partner with PMs, engineers, data scientists, and researchers to iterate quickly and validate via experiments.
- Drive experimentation strategy, plan A/B tests, and translate results into design decisions.
- Mentor other individual-contributor designers through critique, pairing, and design strategy (non-managerial mentorship).
- Communicate design rationale and influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Human Factors, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (preferred).
