Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain large-scale systems that power platform, infrastructure, and core services
- Write and review high-quality code, create capacity and scaling plans, and debug complex production issues
- Lead reliability initiatives including SLAs/SLOs, monitoring, canaries, and production readiness reviews
- Participate in on-call rotations and drive long-term improvements to reduce downtime and incident metrics
- Mentor teammates, promote best practices, and foster a culture of operational excellence and resilience
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop scalable tools and infrastructure that meet growing demands
- Optimize infrastructure for reliability and cost-efficiency
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field OR equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree (MS) preferred but not required
