- Proven experience testing mobile (iOS/Android) and web applications
- Strong understanding of QA principles, test case development, and test execution
- Hands-on experience with UI automation tools such as Appium, Selenium, Playwright
- Comfortable scripting in Python or Java and working with test infrastructure
- Familiarity with bug tracking (Jira) and test case management (TestRail)
- Excellent communication, user empathy, and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Own quality of new features through test planning, execution, and continuous feedback during the development cycle
- Define and implement test strategies for P0 product launches covering frontend and backend validation
- Execute manual and automated end-to-end tests across mobile (iOS/Android) and web
- Develop and maintain mobile/web E2E automation (Appium, Selenium, Playwright)
- Build test coverage reflecting real user experience: functional, regression, and exploratory testing
- Partner with contractor teams on regression cycles and cross-functional stakeholders to triage issues
- Help shape and scale test infrastructure and automation frameworks
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Relevant certifications in software testing or automation are a plus
