Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations, progress assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver one-on-one or two-on-one treatment focusing on functional, outcomes-driven care
- Document treatment sessions and outcomes accurately and efficiently in the EMR
- Manage a caseload (typically 10–40 visits/week) and coordinate scheduling with clinic staff
- Educate patients and caregivers on home programs, injury prevention and self-management
- Collaborate with clinic team and leadership to ensure quality of care and meet outcomes goals
- Participate in structured onboarding and ongoing professional development
- Maintain compliance with state licensure, company policies and billing/documentation standards
Education
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (SC)
