Responsibilities
- Develop personalized, evidence-based evaluation and treatment plans for outpatient orthopedic patients
- Provide high-quality, outcomes-centric care with measurable progress tracking
- Perform patient assessments, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, and patient education
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately in the clinic EHR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and referral sources to coordinate care
- Mentor new clinicians and participate in structured onboarding and clinical education programs
- Participate in clinic operations, performance improvement initiatives, and community outreach
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active Physical Therapist license in Tennessee (or ability to obtain before hire)
