Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered interventions under PT supervision following established treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities as indicated
- Accurately document evaluation, treatment, progress, and discharge in the clinic EMR
- Collaborate with PTs and clinical team on care plans and patient education
- Maintain clinical excellence and adhere to company mission, values, and operational standards
- Participate in new graduate mentoring, in-service trainings, and continuing education opportunities
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
- Current or pending state PTA licensure
- BLS/CPR certification (preferred or obtained upon hire)
