Call Center Confirmation Specialist

Hiring Immediately

$16/hr plus uncapped bonuses

Earn up to $60,000 to $90,000/yr!

What We Offer 

  • Hourly base pay plus uncapped commissions

About This Role

  • Verify, qualify, and finalize customer appointments to ensure they meet company requirements

  • Contact customers, assess appointment eligibility, document confirmation results,

  • Working closely with scheduling and sales teams

  • Manage leads by tracking, following up, and setting appointments to achieve sales and productivity objectives

  • Schedule: M-F 11am to 8pm, Weekend schedule flexibility 9am to 7pm at least one weekend day

 

Key Qualifications  

  • At least one (1) year experience in a quality assurance, call center role

  • Experience outbound calls in a performance-driven environment

  • Must be tech-savvy and familiar with data entry and Microsoft Office

    • Ability to type 40 WPM or more

    • Familiarity with Five9 - a plus!

    • Multitasking between engaging with customers and entering data on different platforms efficiently

  • Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish - a plus!

  • Active listening skills and ability to build rapport

  • Outgoing personality, assertive and professional

  • Attention to detail

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
