Responsibilities
- Work with Responsible Engineers to ensure processes are effective and update content to reflect progress
- Create automations in Jira and Python to streamline engineering workflows
- Collaborate with Technical Project Managers to capture and manage design scope
- Communicate design and program status to leadership and stakeholders
- Brainstorm, prototype, implement, and roll out processes, tools, and automations that improve design and test collaboration
- Support verification, validation, and requirements management across subsystems
- Manage documentation and communicate decisions, actions, and recommendations clearly
Education
- Undergraduate degree in engineering or related field (required)
- Graduate degree (MS/PhD) in engineering or related field (preferred)
