- Authoring and executing formal test procedures
- Designing and commissioning complex fluid-mechanical systems

- Understanding of fluid, thermal, mechanical, and electrical fundamentals
- Familiarity with safety standards, hazards, and mitigations
- Ability to troubleshoot under time pressure and make critical decisions
- Willingness to work second shift (typically 3pm–11pm)
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and commission test assets integrating fluid, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Author and optimize test sequences, procedures, and operational processes for development and production
- Execute component acceptance tests and collect/analyze test data to assess performance
- Lead failure and anomaly investigations; identify root causes and corrective actions
- Define and standardize operational requirements to improve safety, data quality, and repeatability
- Plan and execute test capability and efficiency projects aligned with the Integrated Master Schedule
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and production teams to transition tests into high-volume production
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline (required)
- Advanced degree in a related field (preferred but not required)
