Responsibilities
- Conduct dozens of in-person and virtual appointments weekly with property sellers
- Negotiate price and terms for property acquisitions
- Field inbound calls from buyers and sellers and follow up on warm leads
- Show deals to local investors and present acquisition opportunities
- Generate organic leads through networking, meetups, and local outreach
- Work with internal call center and business development teams to manage pipeline
- Collaborate with marketing, title, lending, and operations teams through contract-to-close
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Real estate license or degree in real estate preferred
