Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic analytics partner to product, revenue, and engineering stakeholders to shape Real Pro Select strategy.
- Design and recommend lead allocation and rationalization strategies between premium and core products.
- Analyze lead quality against pricing model assumptions and recommend corrective actions when needed.
- Build frameworks to measure customer ROI and monitor whether the product meets customer ROI expectations.
- Track product performance vs internal forecasts; analyze lead quality, conversion, and churn to report on product health.
- Perform deep-dive analyses on KPIs, funnel metrics, and retention to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Create customer-focused reports to surface churn and renewal drivers and support commercial decision-making.
- Communicate findings clearly to senior leaders through data storytelling and executive-ready presentations.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of related analytics experience (or equivalent)
- Experience partnering with product and revenue teams
