what healthcare job will have the most openings in the next few years?

I’m exploring career pivots into healthcare with stability in mind. I found:

nurse practitioners (+46%) & physician assistants (+28%)—both high earning (~$130k)
health services managers (+29%) with ~$118k pay
therapy assistants (+22–25%), home health aides (~21%)
BMETs (medical equipment repair techs) growing +18% @ $65k

overall healthcare jobs are expected to grow ~13% through 2033 (~1.9M openings/year). I’d love to hear if anyone is in these roles now. was it worth the training? how’s the demand in real life? especially curious about non-clinical roles that don’t require full degrees.

home health is booming where I live (FL). my aunt is a home health aide and gets calls from 3 agencies a week asking her to switch. it’s wild

i work as a BMET! didn’t even know this job existed til a friend told me. got certified in under 2 yrs and I fix imaging equipment now. pays solid and always hiring.
