Is on-site only code for bad culture?
5 answers
π had one on-site only job where my boss made us badge in/out for bathroom breaks. Never again.
sometimes it just means the org is old school. They were in cubicles before COVID and never adapted. Not evil, just stuck.
Iβm fully on-site rn (finance). Culture isnβt bad, but turnover is high b/c ppl are burnt from the commute. So maybe indirectly cursed lol.
not always cursed. Some labs, hospitals, and creative agencies really need you there. But yeah, I side-eye any office role insisting 5 days.
every βon-site onlyβ job Iβve had was run by managers who didnβt trust their teams.

Genuine q: are fully on-site white collar jobs just cursed? Every one Iβve had has been miserable. π©
