Interviewed with 20+ AI startups in 2 months. Here’s what I saw:

– nobody cares about LeetCode anymore

– AI tools expected during interviews

– some want 6 days onsite 💀

– remote is still alive, but rare

– even perfect interviews = rejections

– just-in-funded = hiring FAST

– HR screens are SEO now

– "Any questions for us?" = still the test

The game has changed. It’s fast, weird, and brutal.

Still winnable though. LLM side projects are gold. Keep building 🧱
