We are looking for a Junior Marketing Designer at Reading Horizons! This entry-level position will involve designing engaging marketing materials to support our mission of eradicating illiteracy among K-12 students.
Responsibilities: You will design and produce a variety of digital and print marketing materials, assist in updating branded assets, and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure design consistency across campaigns.
Skills: Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and ability to manage multiple projects.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field; 0-2 years of professional design experience; understanding of design principles for print and digital platforms.

The Junior Marketing Designer plays a key role in supporting Reading Horizons’ marketing and sales initiatives through creative design. This entry-level position is ideal for a designer who’s eager to grow, thrives in a collaborative environment, and enjoys creating a wide variety of marketing and communication assets—from social media graphics to event materials and sales collateral.
You’ll work closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to help bring our brand to life across channels and ensure visual consistency and impact in all communications.
