Rambus, a premier chip and silicon IP provider, is seeking to hire an intern for the validation team of Memory Interface Chip business unit. Our team focuses on validation of memory buffer semiconductor products used in high-speed memory interconnect applications. Our team works in the lab to automate data collection and provide results to ensure system performance and specification compliance. The intern will gain experience with the latest high-speed memory interface technologies used in memory and data center applications, specifically DDR5.
The intern may gain experience using the next generation server systems used during the validation of our products. There may also be opportunities to work on automation of benchtop lab equipment, such as oscilloscopes and pattern generators.The intern will work on-site for a 3-month period around the Summer of 2026.
Location: San Jose, CA, Agoura Hills, CA, Johns Crrek, GA and Morrisville, NC

The US salary range for this full-time position is $24.96 to $46.35. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
